Key Responsibilities:✅ Develop business for Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), Revamp, Retrofit, and Water Treatment Plant Spares.✅ Generate new business opportunities by meeting customers and understanding their requirements.✅ Build solid relationships with industries, consultants, and EPC contractors.✅ Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and follow up until order closure.✅ Handle key accounts and provide the best technical solutions to customers.✅ Track market trends, competitors,



and prepare regular sales reports (MIS).✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to annual business growth. Preferred Candidate:✔ 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.✔ Experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment, STP, ETP, Recycling, or ZLD projects.✔ Technical knowledge of Chemical or Water Treatment processes.✔ Ability to understand engineering drawings and P&IDs.;✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.✔ Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
