Experience Required

3–4 years, with at least 2 years of experience handling independent profit center operations and team leadership

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the center as an independent profit unit with a focus on revenue optimization, administration, marketing, and educational delivery
• Liaise with local stakeholders including NGOs, institutes, community leaders, and location owners to build partnerships and ensure visibility
• Conduct mobilization and counseling sessions across communities, schools, hubs, and residential areas
• Implement, review, and improve center processes to ensure high standards in education delivery
• Monitor education delivery for quality, manage slippage and leakage, and ensure student placement and satisfaction
• Coordinate with HO for functional updates and ensure smooth operations
• Lead team training, development,



and retention efforts; drive team engagement and manage attrition
• Conduct competition analysis and share market feedback for potential new product introductions

Data Management

• Maintain records related to center performance, revenue, student progress, and placement outcomes
• Submit reports on mobilization, operations, and training outcomes regularly to Cluster/HO teams
• Track and analyze key metrics for performance review and process improvements

Skills Required

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Valuable understanding of training industry and CSR/Skill Development projects
• Strong administrative and process implementation abilities
• Ability to manage stress, multitask, and lead diverse teams with enthusiasm

Qualification

• Graduation (any stream) is mandatory
• Preferred: MBA or Diploma in Sales/Management
• Prior experience in the skilling/CSR training sector highly desirable
