ABOUT THE ROLEWe're hiring a dedicated Sales Executive — someone who lives on Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and Tik Tok, knows how to turn a DM into a customer, and can hold a conversation in both English and Hindi (and other languages is a bonus) that ends in a closed sale. You'll own the full conversion journey: sourcing and qualifying leads from our social channels, engaging prospects, handling objections, and closing — every single day, against a target. This is not a passive "reply to comments" role. It's a high-ownership, performance-driven seat for someone who wants to prove themselves and be paid well for results.



WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own social selling end-to-end — respond to DMs, comments, and story replies across Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and Tik Tok , and convert them into paying customers via Whats App/checkout links.- Source your own leads — proactively identify and engage warm audiences rather than waiting only on marketing hand-offs.- Run the full closing conversation — build trust, handle objections, and close, without being pushy or making unverified claims.- Think creatively about conversion — spot patterns in what's working and bring ideas back to the founders proactively.- Hit and report on daily/weekly/monthly KPIs with full ownership of your own pipeline.- Represent the brand's tone — warm, credible, non-salesy — in every interaction.- Work under pressure, independently — accountable for the number at the end of the month with no in-person oversight.
