We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the o9 Training Lead.

The Role:

As Commercial Transformation Manager, you will be at the heart of one of AMEA’s most significant transformation programs — the S4/o9 implementation. You will work closely with the AMEA Commercial Lead to enable commercial excellence across markets and Business Units (BUs), ensuring our commercial processes are fit for the future.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that demands both analytical rigour and the ability to influence and inspire teams across geographies.

What You’ll Do

Map & Document Commercial Processes: Understand, capture, and document end-to-end commercial processes across BUs and markets as part of the S4/o9 transformation.
Evaluate & Optimize: Support the Commercial Lead in assessing current-state processes and identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization.




Enable Transformation: Act as a key enabler of commercial transformation in markets — translating program objectives into actionable steps for commercial teams in the markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Governance, Change Management, and BU Implementation Leads to ensure seamless integration of commercial workstreams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with market commercial teams to drive adoption and alignment across the commercial organization.
Program Support: Provide structured support to the AMEA Commercial Lead on program milestones, reporting, and issue resolution.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: 6–9 years in commercial functions, with a robust preference for a mix of field sales and branch/HO support roles in Sales and/or Marketing.
Transformation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation environments.
