ROLE SUMMARY

Sapiens is seeking a Lead Gen AI (Fullstack) Developer to join our growing




engineering team focused on building a next-generation Generative AI platform.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on engineering role where you will design and
deliver intelligent agent architectures, agentic workflows, chatbots, and
AI-driven product capabilities across domains.

Our stack combines Python for agentic workloads with Node.js/TypeScript
microservices and React on the frontend. You will work on a greenfield platform
within a small, high-ownership engineering team, building production AI features
end-to-end with direct impact on product direction.

This is a building role. If you have spent the last year working with LLMs and
want to go deeper — designing multi-step agentic systems, solving reliability
and evaluation problems, and shipping AI products that work in the real world —
this role is for you.
