Job Description:
• The Project Manager will serve as a key execution partner to the head of
Bernstein Advisory Services, helping coordinate business operations, manage
strategic projects, support advisor engagement efforts, and streamline internal
processes.
• This role requires a high degree of independence, judgment, and
problem-solving capability. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate
effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal oversight,
anticipate needs, and proactively drive work forward across multiple
stakeholders and workstreams.
• Given the global nature of the role, this position will operate in a
follow-the-sun support model, helping maintain momentum across projects and
