Refresco Coffee is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA & QC Executive to join our growing Quality Assurance and Quality Control team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to work in an innovative beverage and functional coffee environment focused on quality, consistency, compliance, and product excellence. The selected candidate will report directly to the Senior Scientist.

What you'll do
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, food safety protocols, and compliance requirements
- Maintain, review, and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Prepare and verify BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records)
- Support internal audits, external audits, and documentation processes
- Monitor production quality parameters and ensure process consistency
- Coordinate with production, R&D;, procurement, and operations teams
- Assist in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation
- Ensure hygiene, GMP, and compliance standards are maintained across operations
- Support quality testing, inspections, and reporting activities

What we're looking for




- B.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Experience in beverage, food processing, FMCG, or nutraceutical industries preferred
- Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and documentation practices
- Familiarity with SOPs, BMRs, GMP, CAPA, and audit processes
- Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities

Nice to have
- M.Sc or M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Prior exposure to beverage-specific QA systems or food safety certifications (FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP)
