We are currently looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable and passionate IBDP Economics Teacher to join our team of educators to guide and mentor students through the rigorous demands of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Plan and deliver high-quality Economics lessons for IBDP students in accordance with the IBO subject guide. Use inquiry-based, discussion-oriented and concept-driven teaching methodologies aligned with IB pedagogy. Develop detailed lesson plans, unit plans and annual academic planners aligned with curriculum objectives and assessment criteria. Prepare students effectively for all components of the IBDP Economics assessment including Internal Assessments (IAs),



External Examinations (Papers 1, 2 and 3) and Extended Essay supervision if assigned. Demonstrate solid subject expertise in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Global Economics with the ability to connect theoretical knowledge to current economic developments. Integrate contemporary economic issues, global market trends, financial systems, public policy discussions and case studies into classroom teaching. Guide students in data interpretation, economic analysis, essay writing, evaluation techniques and evidence-based argument construction. Support and supervise students in the completion of Internal Assessments (IA) ensuring academic integrity, research quality and compliance with IB assessment standards. Encourage students to develop analytical thinking, independent inquiry and research skills relevant to economics and social sciences. Facilitate classroom discussions, debates, presentations and
