We’re seeking a Senior Manager - APAC to join our People Office team and drive
the delivery of best-in-class team member benefits across APAC, with a
particular focus on India, Philippines, Australia and China, as well as other

APAC Benefits Strategy & Governance
* Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC benefits strategy aligned with the
organization’s global benefits philosophy, talent strategy, and business
objectives.
* Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise across APAC
markets, ensuring appropriate balance between global consistency and local
market needs.
* Establish and maintain regional benefits governance, policies, processes, and
standards.
* Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonize,
modernize, and enhance
benefits programs across the region.
* Partner with Global Benefits leadership on the development and implementation
of a global benefits framework and operating model.
* Monitor emerging market trends, legislative changes, team member
expectations, and competitive practices to inform future benefits strategies.
Program Design & Optimization
* Lead the design, evaluation, and ongoing optimization of health, welfare,
retirement, savings, wellbeing, leave, and other team member advantages
programs across APAC.
* Assess existing programs to ensure they are competitive, financially
sustainable, and aligned with team member needs.
* Develop recommendations and business cases for program enhancements,
harmonization, and cost optimization.
* Support global benefits initiatives and M&A; activity, including due
diligence, integration planning, program harmonization, and transition
