Happy to tell you more when we speak. About the Role We are hiring a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles and a genuine passion for visual storytelling. The role primarily focuses on graphic design for digital, social and print, with motion graphics as an occasional supporting skill. Key Responsibilities Design: Create visually appealing and effective designs for print, digital and social media platforms. Motion Graphics:
Support the creation of motion graphics and animated design elements for social and digital content, as needed. Branding: Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, working within established brand guidelines. Print Production: Collaborate with printers and support the production process for stationery and packaging. Journal Design: Layout and design our journals in In Design, working within our brand's design system. Collaboration: Work closely with our team to deliver designs that meet project objectives. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional design experience. Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design). Motion Graphics: Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animation is a plus. Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, layout and composition.
