Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering

Experience: 15–20 Years (Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Product Engineering, Cable Assemblies, Wiring Harnesses, and Project Management)

About The Role





The HCS Manager – Projects will be responsible for leading Product and Process Engineering activities related to cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, connectors, and electromechanical products. The role involves product platform development, new product introduction (NPI), product lifecycle management, project execution, value engineering, customer engagement, and continuous process improvement.

The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engineering excellence, cost optimization, quality enhancement, and successful project delivery from concept to production.
