Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with institutional partners, students, and corporate clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct meetings and presentations, promote Protrainy's training programs and assessments,
and manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to closure. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, updating CRM records, coordinating with the marketing and training teams, and providing regular performance reports. The role also includes gathering feedback from learners and partners to support service improvements and growth initiatives.
