This is an execution-focused role where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and client communication are equally important. What You'll Do• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion volume.• Build campaign structures, audience strategies, retargeting funnels, budget allocation, creative testing,



and scaling strategies.• Collaborate with the creative team by providing actionable insights on ad creatives, copy, and performance trends.• Build performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.• Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to drive campaign success.• Independently manage day-to-day campaign execution while communicating confidently with US & UK clients.
