Responsibilities Act as a key contributor to our Banner Student implementations, able to lead and influence client teams at all levels. Provide advice and guidance on industry best practices and recommended practices for implementing Banner Student in the US and abroad, working with leadership and staff in colleges and universities to ensure the Banner Student solution is implemented & configured to best align to industry best practices and business needs. Support customers as they modernize from their existing student information systems or processes, applications, and procedures to Banner Student processes through guided onboarding efforts and ongoing consulting. Provide change management advice as appropriate. Perform and document business process review and analysis of client business requirements.
