About the Role:
Every vendor who lists on our platform must be verified before they can sell or receive a payout, and you own that verification process end to end. You'll sit between our vendor supply team, our payment and identity-verification partners, and our finance function: onboarding current vendors, verifying their businesses and payout accounts, running due diligence, and keeping vendor records complete and current. It's a role with real commercial weight. You are the reason good vendors go live in days, and unverifiable ones never go live at all.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor onboarding (KYB):



verify business vendors end to end, covering company registration extracts, ownership and UBO structure, director identification, proof of address, and VAT/tax identification numbers, and complete their onboarding in our payment partner's platform so they can transact and receive payouts.
Payout account verification: confirm every payout account (bank or otherwise) is held in the vendor's own registered name, and investigate and reject third-party payout requests.
Sanctions & restricted-jurisdiction screening: screen vendors, UBOs and counterparties against EU, UN, OFAC and UK sanctions lists at onboarding and on a periodic review cycle, and enforce our restricted-country policy.
Enhanced due diligence: handle the harder cases, such as layered ownership structures, nominee arrangements, high-risk jurisdictions, and supplier entities under our group's direct supply agreements, and document the rationale for approval o
