Job Title: Head of Operations Organization: Allvest Location: Kurla, Mumbai Department: Operations Experience Required: 10+ Years (Wealth Management / Broking / Financial Services Preferred)Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operational functions including KYC, DP operations, fund settlement, trade settlement, security settlement, and billing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational processes, regulatory compliance, and robust coordination between internal teams, Compliance & Risk teams, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management• Oversee day-to-day operations of:o KYC Teamo DP Operations Teamo Fund Settlement Teamo Trade Settlement Teamo Security Settlement Teamo Billing Team• Ensure all operational activities are completed within defined timelines.• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.2.



KYC & Compliance Operations• Monitor onboarding and KYC processes for new clients.• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements (SEBI / Exchanges /Depositories).• Manage audit readiness and documentation processes.• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams when required.3. DP & Settlement Operations• Supervise DP operations including account opening, modifications, and closures.• Oversee:o Fund settlementso Trade settlementso Security settlements• Ensure smooth coordination with exchanges, custodians, and depositories.• Liaise closely with the Compliance and Risk teams to ensure operationalprocesses are aligned with regulatory and risk frameworks.• Handle operational escalations and resolve issues promptly.4.
