Position Overview We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to own and elevate our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all social platforms (including Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and X), responsible for developing strategy, creating engaging multimedia content, and building a thriving online community. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media culture, understands how to turn brand goals into viral or high-performing content, and uses data analytics to constantly optimize performance. Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Content Creation Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy to align with broader marketing goals and increase brand awareness. Concept, shoot, edit, and write high-quality, platform-native content daily (with a heavy emphasis on short-form vertical video like Reels, Tik Toks, and Shorts). Maintain a robust, organized social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic publishing cadence.2.



Community Management & Engagement Actively monitor social channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments/DMs, and fostering an active, loyal community. Adopt and maintain the brand’s unique voice, tone, and visual identity across all interactions. Monitor industry trends, viral moments, and cultural conversations to insert the brand safely and effectively into relevant narratives.3. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversion metrics. Translate raw data and platform analytics into actionable insights to continuously improve content performance and strategy. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry benchmarks and current growth opportunities.4.
