What Will You Do

Serve as the SME for Logistics, Stores Management, and Import/Export operations, ensuring compliance with Customs, SEZ, STPI, and related regulations.
Manage end-to-end inventory control, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, material receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory accuracy.
Oversee movement and tracking of R&D; assets, equipment, and regulated/sensitive materials across sites and external partners.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with QMS, Customs, SEZ/STPI, and internal quality requirements.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for logistics, warehouse, stores, and material movement processes.
Manage logistics vendors, CHAs, 3PL providers,



and service partners through defined SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and performance reviews.
Drive cost optimization through effective freight management, duty tracking, invoice validation, budget control, and risk mitigation.
Lead and manage a team of 6–8 contractors across Gurgaon and Bangalore while supporting R&D; operational requirements.
Act as the primary SPOC for SEZ operations, partnering with Tax, Finance, RAQA, government authorities, and external consultants.
Provide robust stakeholder management, problem-solving, and proactive communication to ensure timely support for R&D; teams and business objectives.

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 10-12 years of experience in managing operations & logistics
Certification or degree in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Import/Export regulations, Customs, SEZ, and STPI co
