We are looking for an experienced Solar + BESS Design Engineer to lead the design and engineering of utility-scale and commercial hybrid Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Key Responsibilities Design and engineer Solar PV & BESS projects. Prepare electrical and mechanical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and BOQs. Perform energy yield analysis and system optimization using PVsyst, Helioscope, and HOMER Pro . Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, UL , and other applicable standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering . 5–7 years of experience in Solar PV and/or BESS design. Proficiency in Auto CAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and HOMER Pro . Robust knowledge of power systems, energy storage technologies, and electrical design standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
