About the Role

The Operations & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of the branch by coordinating with multiple departments, preparing business reports, and ensuring operational efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with the Underwriting Manager, Finance Head, and Operations Head to collect business information, prepare reports, and provide operational support. The reports prepared by you will be reviewed by the Principal Officer, who uses them to monitor branch performance, track ongoing activities, review pending tasks, and make key operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Underwriting, Finance, and Operations teams to collect business information and updates.

Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, dashboards, and trackers using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Compile branch performance reports and operational updates for submission to the Head Office.

Create and update presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and prepare documents in Microsoft Word.

Support daily branch operations by providing administrative and operational assistance.

Maintain accurate records, documents, and operational data.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of reports and completion of tasks.

Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and maintain meeting records.

Follow up on pending activities across departments to ensure timely execution.

Assist in improving reporting processes and enhancing operational workflows.

About the Team

The team works closely with the Underwriting, Finance, and Operations functions to ensure seamless branch operations. It focuses on business coordination, reporting, operational execution, and maintaining effective workflows while supporting the Principal Officer with timely and accurate business insights.

Requirements
