Job Summary

Rapid Energy is seeking a proactive and highly organised Hire Controller to join our fast-growing team.



This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of our nationwide HVAC hire operations. You’ll work closely with engineers, logistics partners, and customers to manage contracts, scheduling, and transport logistics – delivering seamless project execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
