Job Duties and Responsibilities
Able to perform effective Incident Management from incident start through resolution, partnering with Development to determine root causes, and driving rigorous Problem Management to follow through on actions
Proactive identification of production issues and resolution
Own the production workplace, monitoring availability and ensure a holistic system health
Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve issues in a timely manner
Complete assigned tasks for change requests and incident tickets
Resolve issues within SLA
Achieve 90% automation and reduce manual intervention
