Role Summary

This is not a sales role — it is a solutions and enablement role that sits between sales and delivery, alongside the

Head of Brand Solutions but with a distinct scope centered on sales enablement, monetization, and branded IP

execution. This role does not carry a personal revenue target; instead, they are directly responsible for helping

sales achieve its KPIs by translating client and brand needs into sharp, executable branded content solutions and

IPs. Success is measured by deal conversion, renewal, and account growth influenced through solutioning — not by personal sales numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Video & Monetization Expertise

– Maintain strong, current knowledge of video and video monetization across YouTube and social

platforms, and apply this understanding to shape commercially viable branded solutions.

• Branded Content, IPs & Solutioning

– Ideate and execute branded video IPs from concept to delivery.

– Own digital solutioning across text and video formats, and drive the communication strategy

behind these solutions for clients.





– Has demonstrable experience building and scaling at least one branded IP/franchise from 0→1.

• Sales Enablement (Core to the Role)

– Partner closely with sales on strategic client pitches — translating brand briefs into IPs and

solutions that give sales a stronger hand to close and retain business.

– Own the solutioning and creative/IP output that directly supports sales, revenue and renewal

targets, measured by deal conversion and account retention influenced.

– Join client pitches wherever needed to represent the solutions and content point of view.

• Content, Genre & Culture Research

– Bring deep understanding and research capability on content genres and culture to keep

solutions relevant and current.

– Maintain a solid grasp of influencer marketing and video production practices.

• Execution & Network

– Maintain a strong working network with event agencies and production houses.
