Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1. Ensure appropriate stage allocation of team members at all stages for smooth production in all groups at assembly lines by proper line balancing in all models(recent & old)2. Ensure to rollout of ok vehicle quantity from frame assembly lines in all groups to meet the customer demand in market as well as OLE, Productivity, SMM3. Ensure the quality parameters in vehicle, in assembly process among all groups4. Ensure awareness sessions & training for team members so as to have healthy work culture at shop floor by injury elimination in all groups5. Ensure and maintain IR harmony at shop floor in all shifts for healthy work cultureA Day in the life

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2-6 Years of Work ExperienceDiploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-13 Years of Work Exp.Technical Skills/Knowledge

3. Understanding of organizational context, policies, needs and expectation of all interested parties.
