Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven
Senior Media Buyer
who takes complete ownership of campaign success. This is more than just launching ads—you'll be expected to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve campaign performance.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, accountable, and confident in sharing ideas that improve creatives, funnels, offers, and overall marketing strategy. If you enjoy scaling campaigns and taking responsibility for results, we'd love to have you on our team.





Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Take end-to-end ownership of campaign performance across assigned client accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.
- Analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with creative, copywriting, landing page, and account management teams to improve campaign performance.
- Suggest recent creative angles, offers, hooks, audiences, and testing strategies based on campaign insights.
- Conduct structured A/B testing for creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability and client KPIs.
