Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.

Configure routing, scheduling, capacity, work zones,



and resource management.

Integrate OFS with Oracle ERP, CX, and third-party applications using OIC/APIs.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Perform testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize field service operations.
