Hubode is looking for a
Female Community & Building Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and help build a strong resident community. This role calls for a friendly, people-first leadership style with clear on-ground ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage resident queries and foster a positive community culture
- Oversee day-to-day building operations
- Coordinate vendors, repairs, and statutory compliance
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
- Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-managed
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues





Ideal Profile
- 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or facilities
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, approachable, and emotionally intelligent
- Able to multitask and handle real-time challenges

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

Compensation & Perks
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Full-time, in office role
- Live-in position with a private, fully furnished AC room (ensuite bathroom)
