Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for technology functions, partnering closely with engineering and product leaders to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent.

You will recruit across Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Product, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and other technology functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities

Technical Talent Sourcing
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, job portals, X-Ray search, and professional networks.
- Build pipelines for Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and other technology roles.
- Create effective Boolean search strings for niche technical hiring.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
