Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Interns to support Hubode’s growth across investment outreach, product/service sales, and partnerships.

This is an incentive-driven, high-impact role designed for individuals who enjoy conversations, relationship-building, and performance-based growth. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage leads for investment opportunities and Hubode products/services




- Conduct calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients and investors
- Present Hubode’s offerings confidently and clearly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to refine growth strategies
- Achieve defined business development targets
- Maintain lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up discipline

Desired Profile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to understand and explain offerings (training provided)
- Organised, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets
- Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields encouraged to apply

Salary & Job Details
- ⁠ ⁠Pay : ₹5,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (Base stipend + uncapped performance-based incentives)
