Must have:

6-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to global benefits management

Experience in vendor management and benefits program implementation

Preferred:
Global Benefits, Benefits benchmarking, Rewards and Recognition. Strong understanding of benefits frameworks across multiple geographies (APAC, Middle East,UK, US preferred)

8. Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update policies

9. Establish governance frameworks for benefits administration

10. Collaborate with HRBPs, finance, legal, and leadership teams across regions

11. Act as the central point of contact for global benefits queries and escalations

12. Drive leadership alignment on benefits strategy and investments

13. Maintain accurate records of advantages data.

14. Prepare reports and analytics on benefits utilization, cost trends, and basis feedback propose new solution.

15. Assist in benefits communication?create awareness campaigns, FAQs, and walkthroughs for members.

Rewards and Recognition

1. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition initiatives

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PP POCs, business units, communications, etc.) to ensure seamless program implementation and alignment with culture
