Consulting - Regulatory Compliance COE – Manager
As part of our Consulting – we are looking for consulting professional to support delivery of regulatory compliance engagements, including framework implementation, compliance monitoring, and internal audit reviews.
The role will contribute to building and operationalizing a Regulatory Compliance COE, including development of compliance databases and supporting client engagements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and implement regulatory compliance monitoring frameworks including compliance organisation structure, control framework, policies and procedures, employee trainings, and compliance communication program, tailored to client size, industry, and geography.
Monitor regulatory changes: monitor recent regulations/changes to existing regulations across focus industries. Develop regulatory compliance libraries / databases categorized by industry, geography, and regulatory applicability
Lead client delivery for regulatory change management with a focus on analysing the impact of new regulations / changes to existing regulations; support and guide team in developing controls to comply with new regulations for clients, industry and region as applicable.
Regulatory risk assessments and audits: Lead internal audit, compliance reviews and control testing, to assess effectiveness of regulatory adherence and control frameworks for clients
Lead and mentor staff and seniors in compliance COE team (compliance, audit, research, analytics)
Support delivery of client engagements including compliance assessments, implementation programs, and remediation initiatives
