Job Summary
As a Loan Servicing & Credit Support Supervisor – Team Leader within the Loans group, you will oversee and guide your team to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational goals are consistently met. You will supervise a variety of processes, including Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, and external payments. This role provides the chance to develop expertise in Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation and make a significant impact on our operational success.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance daily to ensure all SLAs are achieved and escalate exceptions promptly.
- Supervise processes such as Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to quality and quantity SLAs while maintaining a robust workflow allocation model.
- Serve as the SME, resolving complex process-related queries and coordinating with onshore teams as needed.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Management model, including SOPs and training.
- Drive full compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.
- Motivate and support team members to achieve goals, identifying high-potential employees and planning their development.
- Identify and evaluate alternatives for resolving issues, considering multiple scenarios.
