Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end MRO and project sourcing, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Drive cost optimization, supplier development, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Execute sourcing activities in SAP/ERP, ensuring compliance and accurate procurement reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support NPD, plant operations, and supply chain improvements.

Preferred Candidate
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics); MBA preferred, with 8–10 years of sourcing experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or Telecom.
- Hands-on experience in MRO procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and SAP (MM)/ERP.
- Positive knowledge of supply chain processes, BOMs, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and commercial terms.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Contact,
