Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
– Must have 8+years of experience in mechanical, electrical and PLC maintenance

– Breakdown analysis & troubleshooting for CNC machines like turning, Milling, VMC and SPM’s machines.

– Troubleshooting in PLC Mitsubishi (FX & Q Series) S-7 300, Delta, Omron & Siemens PLC.

– Lead a maintenance team for troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

– Drive TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

– Proficient in Breakdown maintenance for Hydraulics & Pneumatics,

– Must have experience in maintaining MTTR, MTBF for Machines.

– Technical knowledge in SAP, AutoCAD & MS Office

Desired Candidates
– Diploma or B.E/B. Tech (Any) from a Recognized Institution

– Preferably looking for candidates from the Automotive Industry

– Candidates willing to relocate to the Chennai (Oragadam) location.
