Job Summary

TCS is seeking a skilled
Workday HCM Consultant
with strong expertise in
Core HCM
, Business Process Framework, Reporting, and Calculated Fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday HCM solutions while collaborating with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to optimize HR processes and system performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain
Workday Core HCM
modules based on business requirements.
- Design, develop, and optimize
Workday Business Processes
for HR operations.
- Create and maintain
custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards
.
- Develop complex
Calculated Fields
to support reporting and business requirements.
- Configure and manage
Workday Security Roles
, domain security policies, and business process security.
- Support data loading and extraction activities using
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday production issues.




- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline employee lifecycle processes.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, security standards, and governance requirements.
- Provide end-user training and documentation as required.
