Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365/Azure, ERP systems, networks, and end-user support to ensure seamless business operations.
- Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backup management, and IT governance while ensuring compliance.
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital initiatives supporting manufacturing and business operations.
- Oversee IT vendors, technology assets, software licensing, and service contracts to optimize cost and performance.

Preferred Candidate
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 10–15+ years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-plant workplace.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, VPN, and ERP (SAP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, cybersecurity, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP), and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
