- Ability to understand and apply knowledge of category management,

- Able to understand the machine operation & all technical related fields about machine & process
- Able to understand the fabrication operation & all technical related fields about welding
- Ability to apply knowledge of architectural and engineering drawing standards with respect to Drawing Control Index (DCI)
- To read, analyze, and interpret various types of technical drawings, including blueprints, schematics, detailed drawings, GFC drawings and shop drawings
- To understand design specifications, dimensions, materials,



and construction methods essential for successful engineering design, project planning and execution

Cost Benchmarking
- Ability to apply knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and historical financial data to evaluate and compare costs across various projects and operations,
- Enabling the assessment of cost efficiency, identification of variances,
- Optimization of budgeting strategies, and enhancement of financial decision-making to achieve superior cost control and resource allocation

Cost Estimation & Negotiation
- Ability to understand project/package requirements and accurately determine/ forecast the anticipated costs
- To prepare a detailed estimate plan by evaluating materials, manpower, equipment, vendor and overhead expenses keeping in view market realities and historical data
- Ability to utilize knowledge of market dynamics, cost structures, and supplier motivations to negotiate optimal pricing, payment terms,
