Role Description
The Edtech Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos,



negotiating terms, and closing deals with institutional and individual clients. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and develop strategies to expand Internz Learn’s reach. Daily activities also include reporting on sales metrics, optimizing processes, and fostering a customer-centric sales culture aligned with the company’s mission.

Qualifications
- Strong sales leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably within edtech, education, or technology sectors.
