Role Summary

Support development and enhancement of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform for enterprise IAM at Providence.
Contribute to identity lifecycle automation, access governance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure SailPoint IIQ (v8.x) components: LCM, Access Requests, Certifications.
Build and support workflows, rules (BeanShell), forms, and tasks.
Assist in implementing Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes.
Support integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, and ServiceNow.
Perform aggregation, provisioning, and reconciliation activities.
Troubleshoot issues, support incident resolution, and perform root cause analysis.
Assist with access reviews, SoD controls, and audit support activities.
Maintain technical documentation and support runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on SailPoint IIQ experience.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of:

SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors
Java / BeanShell, XML, REST APIs

Understanding of:

Identity lifecycle management and access provisioning
IAM fundamentals (RBAC, least privilege)

Experience working with AD/Azure AD integrations.
