Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and bookkeeping activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.




Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and monthly statements.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in accounting software.
Coordinate with management regarding financial matters.

Requirements

CA Inter qualification.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
