About The Role:

The Enterprise Risk Management Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing risk management operations pertaining to enterprise risk, operations, compliance, and settlement risk. This position requires strategic planning and execution of internal control measures to ensure the company's risk management framework is robust and compliant with regulatory standards.



Responsibilities include providing reasonable assurance on the effectiveness of the organization’s risk management and the strength of internal controls. The role is currently an individual contributor position and will evolve to include leadership as the organization scales.

Responsibilities:

Execute a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across all business functions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor and report risk appetite and tolerance levels, aligning risk management strategies with organizational objectives.
Design and implement risk mitigation plans and control mechanisms to minimize exposure to operational, compliance, and settlement risks.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk controls through ongoing testing and review processes.
Provide guidance in advisory capacity and support
