About the Company

Renew Trade LLP, promoted by the founders of Renq Power Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., is expanding its operations in the solar distribution and trading business. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to strengthen our dealer network and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC companies, and channel partners.
- Promote and sell solar PV products, including modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and other BOS components.
- Conduct product presentations and customer meetings to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics,



and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Travel regularly to meet customers and expand business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in the solar trading or distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV products, including modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS components.
- Proven experience in dealer development and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
