Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops.
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Customer Service solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and process improvements.
- Lead large-scale data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Drive integrations with SAP ERP, financial systems, payment gateways, contact center platforms, and self-service portals.
- Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, forms, and customer service processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live optimization.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
