The Role You will own 8 gyms and roughly 70 people. You will be measured on one thing: every gym hits its daily revenue number while holding a world-class member experience standard, every single day. You do that by building eight Club Managers into real owners — not by running eight gyms yourself. This is a hybrid field + office role. You are expected to be physically present in your gyms during morning (6–9 AM) and evening (5–10 PM) peaks, 5–6 days a week. The office is where you report. The gym floor is where you lead. What You Own (Outcomes, Not Activity)Cluster revenue — combined daily sales target of ~₹36,000 per gym per day (~₹86 lakh/month across 8 gyms).



You know every gym's number before 10 AM, daily. Eight Club Managers who own their gyms — you hire, coach, and hold them to their P&L.; Your job is to build leaders who don't need you in the building. The standard, in every gym, every shift — Daily Operations Checklist executed at open, every hour, and at close. Any gym must pass a surprise audit at 7 PM on a Tuesday without warning. Member retention and experience — 4.8/5 or better across the cluster. No-shows chased same day. Members renew because the result is real. A bench of top performers — always hiring, always raising the bar. Promote fast, move on from non-performers cleanly.
