Job Summary:

The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing elevator components, systems, and layouts for Relicomp Elevators. This role involves preparing detailed engineering drawings, performing technical calculations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all designs comply with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:





1. Develop and design elevator mechanical components, assemblies, and system layouts.

2. Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, fabrication documents, BOMs, and technical specifications.

3. Conduct load calculations, material selection, and engineering analysis for secure and efficient designs.

4.Collaborate with project, sales, and installation teams to understand site requirements and provide feasible design solutions.

5.Review project specifications and ensure designs meet regulatory standards (EN81, IS standards, or applicable codes).

6. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing teams, and procurement for component feasibility and cost optimization.

7.Maintain design records, revision histories, and documentation for all projects.

8.Provide technical assistance during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required.
