*Job Purpose*

The Regional Sales Head is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction within the assigned region. This role leads and inspires a high-performing sales team, develops and executes region-specific sales strategies, and builds solid relationships with key customers and partners. By combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership, the Regional Sales Head ensures the achievement of sales targets, strengthens brand presence, and contributes directly to the company’s long-term business objectives.

*Roles and Responsibilities*
- Drive overall sales growth and achieve state-wise revenue and market share targets.
- Develop and execute the B2C sales strategy for the assigned state.
- Appoint, manage, and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure business growth and loyalty.
- Increase brand visibility through local marketing activities,



retailer engagement, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and supply chain coordination across the state.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and the sales team.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and high-potential territories.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends to recommend business strategies.
- Drive electrician, contractor, and influencer engagement programs to generate retail demand.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, dealer incentives, and promotional offers.
- Maintain strong coordination with marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Review sales performance, forecast demand, and prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
