Preferred Qualifications :-
- Minimum 5years of experience in Procurement, Preferably in the construction/ infrastructure industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for vendor meetings and market surveys.
- Positive Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel system.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services at cometitive prices.
- Conduct field visits to vendors, manufacturers, and markets to obtain the best quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and develop reliable supplier relationships.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Identify alternate vendors to achieve cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with project sites, stores, and vendors for material planning and deliveries.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, and complance.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase documentation,



and MIS reports.
- Work closely with site teams to understand material requirements and resolve procurement issues.

Key Skills Required :-
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic IT skills: familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems, using office equipment (printers, scanners), email configuration, basic troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.
