Responsibility
- Expert-level knowledge in z/OS, JES2, RACF, WLM, Sysplex, TCP/IP, SMF/RMF, and SMP/E.
- Strong experience with mainframe storage (e.g., Hitachi VSP series, DS8000) and virtual tape (e.g., zVT Optica).
- Hands-on experience with CICS, DB2, MQ, IMS, and other core subsystems.
- Strong background in performance engineering, capacity management, and tuning.
- Oversee disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution for all mainframe infrastructure components.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise-scale mainframe environments. · Robust troubleshooting skills across CP, I/O, Sysplex, CF structures, and workload management
- Coordinate vendor relationships (IBM, Broadcom, Hitachi, Optica, BMC, etc.) for support, contracts, and escalations.
