JD – Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Solution Architect with over 15+ years of IT experience, specializing in Java, Spring, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Architectures. The role demands a strong track record in solutioning, team leadership, and enterprise architecture design, along with expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and up-to-date DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should be a thought leader capable of driving technology strategy, solution design, and delivery for complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Own the solution architecture and design for enterprise-scale, mission-critical applications.
Define and enforce architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices across teams.
Provide leadership in designing and building scalable Java / Spring Boot / Microservices-based solutions.
Lead and mentor multiple development teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to architectural standards.
Drive the adoption of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for modern application deployments.




Collaborate with senior stakeholders, product managers, and business leaders to align technology solutions with business goals.
Conduct solutioning exercises, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and client workshops.
Ensure that solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for organizational needs.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of IT experience, with 5-7 years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs.
Proven experience in designing Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration platforms.
Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
