Product Range & Its Functionalities Understand our product/service’s technical features, functionalities and perks. Documentation Develop and deliver technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications and product training sessions. Pre Sales Support Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings. Client Needs Analysis Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand client requirements, conduct needs assessments,
and recommend appropriate engineering solutions. Proposal Preparation Support the development of comprehensive technical proposals, including specifications, pricing, and relevant documentation. Collaboration Work closely with the engineering and product management teams to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities. Sales Strategy Support Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and client engagement. Market Research Whenever required get information about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to support sales efforts effectively.
